Fluorescent magnetic nanoparticles with „Nanoflower“ structure (synomag®-CLD-F)
  • combine sophisticated magnetic properties and detection purposes,
  • are available with red (excitation: 552 nm, emission: 580 nm) and far-red fluorescence (excitation: 732 nm, emission: 758 nm),
  • show specific interaction with alternating magnetic fields,
  • are excellent tracers for Magnetic Particle Imaging (MPI),
  • are available with hydrodynamic particle diameters of 50 nm and 70 nm,
  • consist of maghemite in a matrix of crosslinked dextran (40.000 Da) and cannot be separated with a conventional permanent magnet but in a high gradient magnetic field,
  • are provided with a plain surface or with amino groups on the surface for the covalent binding of proteins, antibodies or other molecules.
